The Nigeria Premier League (NPL) has expelled Ocean Boys
The Nigeria Premier League (NPL) has expelled Ocean Boys from the top flight this season, after the Bayelsa-based club failed to honour four matches, Premier League board member, Joe Amene disclosed on Wednesday.
According to Amene, the arbiter of the premier league had to adopt the recommendation of the three-man committee that sat on the issue involving Ocean Boys.
"Yes, the board just met (on Wednesday) and decided to expel Ocean Boys from the league on the back of the three-man committee set up, which I am a part of,” Amene said. "Also we looked at the rule book, which the club in question went against.”
Ocean Boys, the team that won the 2006 edition of the league, flouted the Article 4.2 (3) of the 2012 NPL Regulation that states: "If a club fails to honour two consecutive matches without an acceptable reason, such a club shall be expelled from the League and its matches played and unplayed shall be cancelled."
The Divine Warriors, already relegated before the final day billed for this Friday, failed to honour four matches against Kano Pillars, Kaduna United, Rising Stars and Wikki Tourists.
Last month, Ocean Boys announced that they had pulled out of the league, only to return to play against Sharks in Port Harcourt -- a match they lost 0-2 on August 25.
Another Premier League executive member, Owolabi Wopa, confirmed that Kano Pillars are now "technically champions" of this season.
He explained that all points accumulated by Ocean Boys during the season will be deducted, leaving just 19 teams instead of 20.
Wopa said nine games, instead of ten, will now hold on Matchday 38 this Friday.
Three months after THAT crash, FG lifts suspension on Dana Air’s license

“By this development, Dana Airline is free to resume its normal commercial flight operations. Government will however continue to strengthen its oversight and regulatory functions to ensure that all airlines operating in the country, including Dana adhere strictly to safety procedures as required by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Act and all other relevant local and international regulations that ensure and promote sustainable air safety.
“The operating licence of Dana Airlines was temporarily suspended following the crash of one of its aircraft on June 3, in Lagos as a safety precaution.”
The release was signed by Joe Obi, SA (Media) to Hon. Minister of Aviation.
Patience Jonathan was in a bad state of health on arrival – German hospital
Nigeria’s first lady Patience Jonathan was in a bad state of health when she arrived last week at the Horst Schmidt Klinik in Wiesbaden, Germany, a spokesperson for the hospital has told LEADERSHIP.
The hospital’s official, who confirmed that initial records showed that Mrs. Patience Jonathan had earlier been treated for food poisoning in Nigeria before being brought to the Horst Schmidt Klinik, however, said she was responding to treatment after she had undergone a major surgery for a ruptured appendix to remove the poisons in her intestine.
During an eight-minute telephone chat yesterday through telephone with a senior consultant of the hospital who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Mrs. Jonathan was brought to the hospital early last week after the management of the hospital had been contacted and briefed on the deteriorating health condition of the first lady.
She said that Mrs. Jonathan was getting better but added that the hospital management would ensure that she was fully fit before she would be allowed to go back to Nigeria.
When our correspondent demanded further details, the hospital official said it was improper and unethical for her to make such details available to a third party, ending the call and refusing to pick up subsequent calls.
Meanwhile, a reliable source in Aso Rock disclosed to LEADERSHIP that the decision to take the First Lady to Germany for better treatment was borne out of the fact that her medical aides in Nigeria complained that they could not get accurate diagnosis as a result of insufficient medical facilities in the country.
It would be recalled that the first lady’s media aide, Mr. Ayo Osinlu, had confirmed her foreign trip at the beginning of the week, but said Patience Jonathan was only taking a rest abroad and not seeking medical attention. Osinlu said that the First Lady is expected back in the country this week.
Meanwhile, the Special Assistant on Media to the First Lady, Ayo Osinlu yesterday dispelled report by an online media, claiming that the First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan was air lifted to Germany for medical treatment.
Osinlu who spoke in a telephone call put to him by State House Correspondents from the council chamber at the presidential villa, Abuja, maintained that he can be quoted authoritatively on the matter that the report were all lies, adding that even at gun point, he had no more information to give on the issue.
He said for now, he still had no idea when the First Lady would return to the country, even as it was not in his capacity to find out. Ha added that he had no fresh information to add aside what he earlier said that was reported in the Media on Monday.
The Media Assistant to the First Lady said, “Nobody is going to put a gun on my head and force me to talk when I have no fresh information, my position is not different from what I told Daily Trust”.

Girl dies after having sex with Alhaji and his monkey
Cynthia, as we gathered, was picked up by an Alhaji, and after they had fun, he took her to his guest house, and gave her $2000 to suck and sleep with his monkey. She refused at first but after looking at the money again, she concurred.
After the ordeal the alhaji went to drop her and drove off and few hours later she started complaining of stomach ache, she thought it was a normal thing, but from the few things we gathered from the source, few hours later, maggots started coming out from her private parts; her friend tried to rush her to the hospital but it was too late. She died before they could do anything.
‘It is true the poverty level of the country is driving everyone mad, but Nigerian ladies need to be careful with some extremities in their search for a means of livelihood’.
Much information wasn’t released concerning the lady, and it’s very understandable judging by the circumstances surrounding her death. Prayer is for her to find rest, even in death
True Life Confession: How 8 men I met on BB drugged and raped me
I am a girl, a graduate and currently serving in Kaduna. This past few weeks have been a hell for me, especially since the moment i spotted Cynthia (the lady killed in the hotel room in Festac, Lagos) on the internet, my mind have been unsettled and I thought I should share my experience on how I was drugged and assaultd by 8 eight men in the same spot.
We have met people on social media, some of them ended well and some turn sour. I added a married man on my Blackberry Messenger (BBM), we started chatting and he told me that he is married which makes me trust him even more because of his truthfulness. Months later he invited me on a date because his wife was out of the country that very time and I agree because I found him very simple and honest. I went out with him and his friends all night, though we did not made love but we had a very romantic date: we kiss and he touched me in places I had never ever imagined.
With that, I loved him even more and I felt so safe when we are alone. I do not know that his plan was to gain my trust, he gave me N10,000 and put me in a cab to go home the next morning. We kept talking and chatting and sending unclad pictures to each other and he told me naughty things of how he wanted to whisper things in my ear, I blushed. We didn't see for two weeks and that was because his wife just came back from Turkey.
One day, he told he is organising a beach party/boat cruise and he would love to have me on board, without thinking I agreed. We both decided to open a discussion group to people that are going and get to know each each before meeting at the party. I managed to bring some of my hot friends on board and we chatted we his friends, send pictures and phone each other. Though they are all married but we had a good chat and what made it better was their profiles; where they working, amount they are earning, cars and much more.
On that faithful evening, we all assembled at the Lagos Island Boat Club. I was wowed because it was a high class party. We were cruising in a boat loaded with goodies drinks and hot babes, and as well 'married men', but with all the time I have spent with him before, I felt so safe not minding the number of men in there. We completed that and moved to the main party.
Anyways, we felt free with each other because we had been chatting. It all started well until I realized I was staggering, feeling dizzy and not just me all the girls
in there felt the same thing.I was also feeling HORNY as hell! I had been drugged. They monitored us and when they knew the drug had really gone deep into our system, they moved us up into the main beach house. I could still see faces, but was too weak and horny to react.
The man I came with laid me down on the floor as other did to each girl that was with them. We were 8 in number, they stripped us down and had sex with us. I enjoyed it a bit because I was horny. It was a mixed feeling because I cried, I moaned, but I did not know how many times he came into me. He pounded me hard. I was dizzy, but I noticed that they turned and switch partners and slept with us.
I passed out, I don't know what happened. We woke up and looked around but we couldn't find any of those men. What we found was N16,000, a note and packs of used condoms, the note says "share this money equally (i.e N2000 each) and use it as transport fare". We were embarrassed and ashamed we could not talk about what just happened. We noticed that our BBM discussion group has been deleted and messages wiped clean.
He sent me a message that I should not tell anyone and threatened me but I called him bastard and he replied try it. He then sent me couple of my unclad pictures and how he humiliated us on the floor. I went back to school with my mind filled with sh*ts and my CGPA dropped drastically. Till today, my friends and I never talked about that awful night.
Now, I have given my life to Christ but the fear of men still dwells in my mind, I pray with time everything will be diminished. I am taking this time to tell singles out there that are used to "fun" to please change their ways and pray to find favour at God's sight. To all married women, they should pray that God should intervene and be the foundation of their marriage.
As for me, I do not think I ever want to get married or date a man again. That chapter has been closed for good in my life.
Thanks for reading.

WOMAN KEEPS BABY IN FREEZER FOR 10 YEARS!
BERLIN (AFP) – German prosecutors said Tuesday they had opened a manslaughter investigation against a 49-year-old woman after the corpse of a new-born baby girl was found in her freezer after 10 years.
The grisly find was made by her former husband on Friday when he defrosted the freezer in the house where they used to live, said prosecutors in the northern city of Flensburg.
It was not clear whether the baby was alive or dead when placed in the freezer, investigators said. There were no signs she had been violently treated but authorities confirmed the baby was not stillborn.
The woman, who has not been named, has admitted the baby was hers and said she was “in a state of complete exhaustion and hopelessness” at the time.
The couple already had three, now fully grown, children and divorced in 2009, prosecutors said.
The woman was released pending further investigations.
Okada Rider Forced To Suck Breast Of Passenger Accused of Indecent Dressing in Osun State
In a bid to curtail crime and indecency in Osun State, the state of the virtuous(ipinle omoluabi); the state government constituted a military task force known as SAS(Swift Action Squad) to enforce the ‘omoluabi’ principles in the state. It happened in Osogbo, the Osun State capital few weeks ago, but I didn’t believe until I heard an eye witness report few days ago.
A lady was caught dressed indecently by SAS. According to the eye witness, her blouse covered just half of her breast. She was asked to dismount the motorcycle she was riding on, and the Okada rider was asked why he allowed such nudity on his motorcycle. They were both punished by the Swift Action Squad(SAS).
No one would say much about a punishment meted out to someone dressed provocatively in a society that doesn’t accommodate such dressing, but questions need to be asked when the okada rider is forced to suck his passenger’s breasts.
According to the eye witness, the lady was ordered to bring out her breast to the full glare of passersby since she was proudly flaunting it. As if that was not enough, she was ordered to breastfeed the okada rider. The okada rider pleaded with them stating his ongoing fast as the reason why he wouldn’t do what they wanted, but he had to oblige after he was whipped severally.
The state government has distanced itself from the actions of the task force and has encouraged citizens of the state to report any member of the task force that whip civilians. Whether actions would be taken against members of the task force that forced the breastfeeding remains to be seen. However, many inhabitants of Osogbo, the Osun State capital seem to be appreciative of the SAS’ s act as they believe it will curb indecent dressing.
Ritualists kidnap girl; remove tongue, breasts, clitoris
Ritualists may have taken over Ogere, Ogun State, on Lagos-Sagamu expressway as a female victim on her way to Lagos from Port Harcourt was kidnapped and taken away at gun point for slaughter.
Her fresh corpse was later found close to the point where she was kidnapped two weeks later, with vital organs of her body, including tongue, breasts and clitoris missing and Vanguard gathered that this is the second of such incident occurring in the area in three weeks
The victim, Miss Tonia Ibelefa, 25, was travelling in company of two male relations in a private car when the incident occurred.
Eyewitness told Vanguard that the armed ritualists blocked the expressway, dragged the University of Port Harcourt graduate out of the car and took her into the bush, adding that the two male family members with the girl surrendered her at gun point.
“She is the one we want and you must surrender her,” the ritualists told the two men, according to the witness.
The witness said the matter was immediately reported to the police in the area who launched a manhunt for the criminals to no avail.
Messages were also said to have been sent to the girl’s family in Port Harcourt who also reported the case to the police who immediately declared a case of missing person.
Thinking that it was a case of kidnap, the family waited to hear from the abductors but got no information about her whereabout.
However, the ritualists last Thursday called the parents through the number obtained from their victim’s phone, advising them to pick up the corpse of their daughter at a junction very close to where the incident happened.
Elder sister of the deceased confirmed that that family had since recovered the corpse, which still looked very fresh at the time of recovery, giving an indication that she was not killed immediately she was kidnapped

JEALOUS WOMAN CHOPS OFF BOYFRIEND'S MANHOOD FOR CHEATING ON HER!
It is said that “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” and yes, especially when it involves an unfaithful partner. Ramon Arias Apayco, 46, has learnt this the hard way and if he is wise, he will not repeat the mistake again.
Huaman Julia Muñoz, 41, Ramon’s girlfriend flew into a jealous rage when she uncovered her boyfriend’s cheating ways and chopped off his penis but not before she flushed it down the toilet.
Not Real Image: The woman allegedly sliced off her partner’s manhood for his cheating ways
In an unbelievable act of revenge on her partner, Munoz allegedly sliced off her boyfriend’s penis with a kitchen knife as he slept at a hostel in Brena, Peru, The New Age website reported. The scorned woman attempted to flee after her violent act but was caught by horrified hostel staff who alerted the police.
When police quizzed her about the attack, she confessed that she had discovered that her partner had been unfaithful and she reacted in fury.
Ramon Arias Apayco was taken to hospital and placed in intensive care according to New Age.
God help this man but I think he just lost what makes him a man in the strict sense of the word. Proportionate to his alleged crime of cheating, I think the woman killed a fly with a sledge hammer. Simple!

POLITICAL PROSTITUTION: OBJ, IBB, PDP GOVS TO FLOAT A NEW PARTY FOR 2015
The seeming cold war between former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, and the Presidency appears to have taken a new twist as he and former military president, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, as well as some sitting governors on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have perfected plans to float a new political party ahead of the 2015 elections.
In the plot, driven mostly by some serving and former governors from the Northern part of the country, Obasanjo is expected to make a statement in mid-2013, stating reasons for power to return to the North in 2015.
Also in the know of this plot are two serving governors from the South-South and about 10 former governors; three from the South-West and two of whom are in the current Senate, as well as not less than 30 serving senators on the platform of the PDP.
This development is coming on the heels of a private meeting between the two former military leaders a few weeks ago in which both issued a statement on the current state of insecurity in the country, particularly in the Northern part, just as Obasanjo had denied media reports that he was propping Jigawa governor, Alhaji Sule Lamido, and his Rivers counterpart, Rotimi Amaechi, for president and vice president respectively in 2015.
A source close to the two Generals told Sunday Tribune that the thrust of the meeting of the duo was mainly on the 2015 presidential election, even as both weighed the possible consequences of any desire by President Goodluck Jonathan to seek re-election in 2015.
The president has neither denied nor confirmed that he would, again, take a shot at the nation’s number one position in 2015.
All the same, the PDP spoke through its National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, that it would rather wait to confirm the move, describing Sunday Tribune’s inquisition as ‘speculative’.
“We have issued a statement on the alliances the media have been reporting all along; we remain unperturbed because the people elected us and when the time comes, the same people will decide our fate. No amount of gang up will be looked at as important.
“On the unconfirmed reports of possible formation of a break away party from the PDP, let us wait until that happens; we will wait to confirm such stories than react now”, Metuh told Sunday Tribune on the telephone.
Nonetheless, our source said, “all things being equal, the situation will unveil itself by mid 2013.”
“Whatever we think about these two men (OBJ and IBB), they are politicians who will continue to give direction and good counsel to the people of this country, their shortcomings notwithstanding, because no one is faultless.
“I can confirm to you in confidence that when they met, the issue of the 2015 presidential race was in the front burner vis-a-vis the possible implications the rumoured ambition of the current president will have on the nation.
“As men who had fought once to keep this nation together, they owe it a duty to give proper direction at all times. But you know, this is politics; the office of the president is like god. So, they equally believe and are not oblivious of the fact that a lot can happen under a president.
“So, the issue about the next presidential election is being looked into from different angles that will engender unity and cohesion in the country. If need be, a new political party, a veritable platform, will emerge by mid-2013 to provide the needed vehicle for that national unity and cohesion I am talking about; and by the time someone like OBJ speaks at that point, the nation will know better,” he said.
Sunday Tribune learnt that one of the grouses of former President Obasanjo is the sudden loss of political relevance to the Senator Bola Tinubu-led Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in the South-West, apart from the fact that the zone is the less patronised in the present dispensation under Jonathan.
Meanwhile, former Senate president in the First Republic, Mr. Joseph Wayas, has called on Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State to accept alleged former President Obasanjo’s proposition of a Lamido/Amechi presidential ticket in 2015.
The former Senate president made the call when he paid a courtesy visit to Governor Lamido on Friday.
He led The Albinos Foundation of Nigeria (TAFN) on the visit.
Mr Wayas told the governor, that he (Wayas) represented the national grand patron of the foundation fomer President Shehu Shagari.
“No matter what, don't dare reject the people and statesmen like Obasanjo,” he said, adding that “you are not only Jigawa State material, but the nation’s material. It is a must to answer the people’s call to serve Nigeria.”
He maintained that the governor was dynamic, principled and hardworking, adding that he had vast experience, which he has demonstrated as governor of the state. He said this was an indication of his capability to rule the country.

Tragedy As Father Shoots Son Dead In Failed “Bullet Proof” Charm Test
I would have thought that if you get a charm that allegedly turns you into a living ‘bullet proof’ bein you’d test it first on yourself and nobody else. Well, Ornguga Adega, of Agbatse village in Kwande local government area of Benue state will be realizing that too late now.
In a bid to test the potency of his newly acquired bullet proof ‘juju’, Ornguga Adega had shot his only son dead while conducting a gunshot test on the boy. According to news reports, the alleged suspect was immediately arrested by men of the Benue State Police Command and is currently facing trial at a Makurdi Chief Magistrate Court.
According to the First Information Report, FIR, by the police, the suspect and father of the ten- year- old had, in August 2012, bought some charm from a native doctor with the belief that it was potent enough to prevent the penetration of bullets into his body. He was said to have rubbed his ‘bullet proof’ cream on the body of his son in order to verify its efficacy and potency in line with the instructions of the native doctor from whom he bought the charm.
According to the FIR, Adega fired a shot with his single barrel gun on the right leg of his son which resulted in pellets from the bullet shattering the leg and also penetrating through to the left leg. The boy was said to have bled profusely but before his shocked and devastated father could get proper medical attention for him, the little boy bled to death.
When the case came up at the Makurdi Chief Magistrate Court, police prosecutor, Inspector Gabriel Egbonyi, said the accused was arrested at the process of investigating the cause of death of the young boy.
Egbonyi further told the court that the accused confessed to committing the crime and also acknowledged responsibility for the unfortunate incident which prompted further police investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile no plea was taken for want of jurisdiction. However the prosecution said investigation was still in progress in the matter and asked for another date for hearing.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr Dan Ogoh, ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody and adjourned the case to 12 September.
The case is as clear as daylight but we will just have to let the law complete its cycle of justice. That man is not fit to be called a father and deserves the same punishment: he should be tied to a stake, the ‘bullet proof’ cream rubbed all over his body and then, hot lead pumped into his body, maybe it might just work this time around.

COCAINE WORTH N24M FOUND IN ROASTED CHICKEN
Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency at the weekend arrested an auto technician in connection with 2.655kg of cocaine hidden inside roasted chicken.
The seizure was made at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos during the inward clearance of passengers on a Turkish Airline flight from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The street value of the seized drug is about N24 million.
The NDLEA Airport Commander, Mr. Hamza Umar, who gave the name of the suspect as Vincent Chegini Chinweuwa, described the seizure as remarkable.
Umar explained that the suspect had given investigators useful information.
“We discovered 2.655kg of cocaine hidden inside roasted chicken. It is a remarkable seizure because no one would have imagined cocaine worth several millions inside roasted chicken,” Hamza stated.
During interrogation, the suspect said he thought that the drug will not be detected.
Chinweuwa said: “It took me three days to pack the cocaine inside the roasted chicken.
“I was confident that the drug will not be detected.
“I have been living in Brazil since 2006.
“Life has been stressful because I cannot even visit my wife in Nigeria due to lack of money.
“I wanted some money to start any business of my choice back home.
“Unfortunately, I was disappointed upon arrival in Lagos.”
Meanwhile, the Chairman/Chief Executive of the NDLEA, Ahmadu Giade, said that spectacular seizures like this will help to discourage others from the criminal drug trade.
“The suspect thought his mode of drug concealment was perfect but we proved him wrong. Several drugs cleverly hidden by drug barons have been discovered and we shall continue to detect drugs regardless of the mode of concealment,” Giade said.
The suspect, who hails from Imo State, will soon be charged to court.
"My Wife Disappeared For Months, Only To Return With a Mistery Baby"
Pregnancy without sex: My wife disappeared for months only to return with ‘mystery baby’ – Carpenter
A carpenter, Mr. Sanjo Ekeola, stunned an Agege Grade A Customary Court when he said he was not the biological father of their fourth child. Meanwhile the wife denied the allegation.
The 45-year-old man said he decided not to have sex with his wife, Taiwo, for over three months before she left home on November 25, 2011 and returned February 18, 2012.
“When she returned home, l noticed she was not feeling fine, and, when I confronted her, she confessed to me that she was pregnant”, Ekeola said.
The plaintiff added that he knew quite well that the pregnancy was not his own, and advised her to go and look for the father of the child.
According to him, he was surprised when his wife called him on phone later to say she had put to bed and he should come and pick the placenta of the baby.
Ekeola therefore urged the court to dissolve the marriage and grant him custody of the three children except the fourth child.
Taiwo denied the allegation and informed the court that her husband encouraged her to abort the pregnancy, but she refused, adding that he also suggested that she should move out because his elder sister must not know about the fourth pregnancy.
The mother of four said trouble started when her husband began reporting whatever happened between them to his elder sister, saying, since then, they lived like cat and mouse. She pleaded that the court should not dissolve the marriage as she insisted that Ekeola remained the biological father of the fourth child.
Meanwhile, the court president, Mr. Emmaunel Shokunle, adjourned the case till September 19, 2012 for further hearing.

A BRAZILIAN MAN ARRESTED TRYING TO BOARD PLANE WITH 27 SNAKES
A Brazilian man was arrested for trying to board a flight at Orlando International Airport while carrying 27 snakes that he'd wrapped in pantyhose and stashed away in inside stereo speakers, authorities said.
(Orange County Jail)Mateus
Del Maso, Jr. checked the speakers as luggage, but they were inspected
and the snakes hidden inside were discovered. The creatures never made
it onto the aircraft.
Dal Maso purchased the serpents at the National Reptile Breeders Expo in Daytona Beach, Fla. He admitted he was going to carry the snakes - which he valued at about $10,000 - into Brazil and breed them for commercial purposes, a release from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said.
He did not have the proper authorization to take the reptiles - one ball
python, seven boa constrictors, and 19 color morph corn snakes - into
Brazil.
Dal Maso pleaded guilty on Aug. 23 to attempting to smuggle the snakes.
He served two days in Orange County Jail and was fined $6,000. He was
also sentenced to one year of supervised release, and must report to a
probation officer within 72 hours of his arrival if he ever returns to
the U.S.
The snakes were taken to an undisclosed care facility.
The arrest came about as a result of a multi-agency law enforcement
operation that's been dubbed "Operation Snake Pit." The program seeks to
prevent the illegal shipping of reptiles.
A Chinese Man Risks Life, Posts Self To Girl Friend
A fun-loving boyfriend who decided to surprise his partner by posting
her an unusual present – himself, escaped death by the whiskers as the
joke went horribly wrong when the delivery was delayed and he almost
suffocated to death.
Hu Seng, who lives in southern China, got a friend to tape him into a box, which he had paid a courier firm to deliver to his partner, Li Wang but as fate would have it, the unsuspecting couriers mixed up the address and instead of 30 minutes in the sealed box, Mr Seng was trapped inside for nearly three hours.
By the time the package had arrived at his girlfriend’s office –
where a friend was waiting to record her surprise on camera – Mr Seng
had passed out and had to be revived by paramedics.
‘I didn’t realise it would take so long,’ admitted Mr Seng. ‘I tried to make a hole in the cardboard but it was too thick and I didn’t want to spoil the surprise by shouting.’
A spokesman for the courier firm said: ‘If he’d told us what he was doing at the start we would not have taken the parcel. Even when we accept animals they have to go in special containers so they can breathe

Photos: A married bank manager sends her nude pictures to a secret lover
Apparently, this is a case of a love tale gone sour. The details are sketchy as to who released the photos but it certainly is not the woman at the centre of the storm which leaves her alleged lover as suspect. There is no justification for any man no matter the offence to release nudé photos of his ertswhile lover or girlfriend to the general public. She sent it to you in confidence and with the belief that it is meant FYEs only. If you have such photos in your possession, soft or hard copy after break-up, why not permanently delete or shred it instead of playing childish and stupid by releasing it online or elsewhere? What if that were your mother, sister or niece?
Ladies, beware! Stop sending nudé pictures of yourself to your boyfriend, lover or even keeping same on your phone or computer because you never know who might see it and decide to ‘expose’ or blackmail you at the slightest opportunity. A word they say, is sufficient for the wise.

18-Year Marriage Collapse Over Sex
In his ruling, the President of the court, Mr T.A. Eko, said the marriage was dissolved since all efforts to reconcile the couple had failed.
“Since all efforts to resolve the couple have proved abortive, the court is left with no option than to grant the plaintiff his wish.
“The marriage between Lawal Temidire and Risikat Temidire is hereby dissolved.’’
Eko ordered the plaintiff to pay N50,000 to the estranged wife to enable her to relocate to a new apartment.
He urged both parties to keep the peace at all times, warning that anyone who breached the agreement would be dealt with.
Earlier, the husband had told the court that quarrels and fights had always preceded every advance he made to his former wife.
“We usually fight each time I want to sleep with her. She did not allow me to make love to her on many occasions. I used to force her and I am sick and tired of this.
“I do not love her anymore. I want this marriage dissolved,’’ Temidire said.
Risikat, 50, a business woman, who denied the claims of her husband, urged the court to grant her husband’s request for the dissolution of the marriage.
The couple, who resided at No.3, Temidire St. in Egan-Ikotun, a Lagos suburb, married in 1994 and had two children. (NAN)
